Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

All payments for StrideVox paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that Paddle is the entity that sells the subscription to you, handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and refunds on our behalf.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, your contractual relationship for the payment is with Paddle, and all transactions appear on your bank or credit card statement under Paddle's name.

2. Subscription Plans

StrideVox offers paid subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with StrideVox. The following refund conditions apply:

14-day cooling-off period: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Swiss consumer protection law. This right applies to the initial subscription only, not to automatic renewals.

Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase: You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your first subscription payment. No justification is required.
